    Description

    This is a really beautiful collar in what I would call a gold color.  The actual collar is satin and attached are 2 layers of pleated crepe edged by val lace, and attached to those is another 2 layers.  A little black grosgrain bow pinned on adds even more interest.  It measures about 14" around.  Damage consists of an area about 1/2" wide where the collar meets in the middle and another 1/2" break below that, also one toward the back.  See pictures.    It will need very careful repair but it will be worth it.  Unusually pretty vintage collar.  Shipped by First Class Mail in a sturdy box.
